A relatively new villa inside a forest with beautiful views.

These aren’t my favourite types of building, as I favour the old characteristics and love restoring them to their fullest potential, but the good news is that being a relatively new building, it has mach larger windows than normal, that permit the view to be enjoyed from inside. 

Built on 2 floors, the upper level has a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen, living room (fine view) and a bathroom. Underneath is a complete one bed apartment with living room and bathroom. 

The villa is over priced IMHO, but it does offer the advantage of being ready to rock. The land and the location is great though, and expansion should be possible if desired.

The village is about 2.5 km away. ASHA is about 3.5 kms away.
