This house is in quite good shape. It needs light modernisation, but it’s already usable. (I would at least add a second bathroom).

It has a great layout with two bedrooms on the second floor, and up above a third bedroom, which would make a great office with a terrace and an everlasting view. Here’s a rundown:

From a small street in the old town, enter the building with a kitchen, fireplace, and cantina (cellar).   Going up to the first floor there is a living room with a small study and another fireplace. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.  Then on the third floor, there is a large double bedroom overlooking the expansive valley – it has a small roof terrace where you can expand with the view.

There are some interesting architectural features such as the arch in the dining room, various niches and crannies, and the original wood beams in great condition. The one bathroom has shower only, and although functional, needs to be updated. It’s a bit narrow too. The house is currently heated with two wood stoves for the hardy, but it would be a lot more cozy with central heating. 

Fair value, especially with that view – and a terrace to enjoy it from.
